These Affiliate Terms & Conditions govern your participation in the Affiliate Program ("Program") operated by Dawn Perry LLC (DBA Wayfinder Wellness), located in Rhode Island, USA. By participating in this Program, affiliates agree to abide by these terms.
To participate, affiliates must register at https://talkwithwayfinder.promotekit.com. Wayfinder Wellness reserves the right to approve or deny any application at its sole discretion.
Affiliates earn a 30% commission on each sale they generate. Commissions are calculated based on the net amount paid by the customer, after discounts and before taxes.
Commissions are paid monthly using the NET-15 method. Earnings from January, for example, will be paid by February 15. There is no minimum payout threshold required.

Cookies last for a 60-day attribution window. The latest affiliate referral within this period receives credit for the sale.
Affiliates may promote Wayfinder Wellness products using:
All other promotion methods must be explicitly approved by Wayfinder Wellness. Requests for approval should be directed to affiliates@talkwithwayfinder.com.
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Wayfinder Wellness retains sole discretion in determining permissible promotional methods. Violation may lead to immediate termination of affiliate accounts.
Affiliates may use the Wayfinder Wellness brand name, logo, and screenshots from https://www.talkwithwayfinder.com. Screenshots used for promoting practice exams must be limited to no more than five individual questions. Affiliates must obtain prior written permission before modifying any brand materials.
Wayfinder Wellness reserves the right to terminate affiliate accounts for reasons including, but not limited to:
Terminated affiliates may reapply at the discretion of Wayfinder Wellness.
Wayfinder Wellness may modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of changes via email to their address on file.
Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dawn Perry LLC (DBA Wayfinder Wellness), its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from affiliate promotional activities.
