I'm Chloe, a compassionate and dedicated mental health therapist, here to help you navigate life's challenges. My approach to therapy is all about meeting you where you are and tailoring our sessions to fit your unique needs. I believe a comfort zone is a beautiful place, but nothing grows there. I am here to support you as you step out of that comfort zone and work towards positive change. Motivational interviewing is used to promote insight and self awareness. I draw from a psychodynamic perspective, how your past influences your present, and also use techniques like Internal Family Systems, CBT, and attachment theory.
As a Queer-identifying clinician, I bring my personal and professional experiences into our sessions to create an authentic and accepting space. I specialize in helping individuals and couples dealing with life transitions and relationship issues stemming from sexuality (LGBTQ+), depression, self esteem, personality disorders, trauma and PTSD.
I like to keep things real and use a bit of humor to make our time together comfortable and inviting. If you're feeling lost and unsure of how to move forward, I’m here to help. Together, we can work towards the person you want to be. Let's start with one session and take it from there.
